We use PAXI for deliveries, including collection-point and doorstep delivery options where supported.
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected service and destination. Standard delivery takes 7 - 9 business days, premium takes 3 - 5 days and express delivery arrives the next business day.
PAXI collection-point delivery is available at checkout. Select the nearest collection point and we will send your package there.
Return eligibility depends on the reason for the return and applicable consumer protection laws. Our Returns Policy will explain the process and your rights.
